Max Kalnitz is an award-winning multimedia journalist, creative media manager, and educator based in Brooklyn, NY, whose work has appeared in Billboard, The Nation, and Insider, among other outlets. In his current role, he manages an international team of content creators responsible for 20 domestic channels including editorial calendars, content curation and creation, copywriting, UGC agency collaboration, influencer partnerships, and community engagement. He also provides creative direction across all major social media platforms for six brands. On TikTok, Max has launched and managed numerous successful TikTok accounts including OTOTO Design, which he grew from zero to 238K followers, 16.1M likes and 500M total views. Max earned his master’s degree in magazine, newspaper, and online journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
